Guest passes: sessions are not included. Guest passes are not intended for doctoral students, faculty, or professionals (all should register for the full conference).

 Substitution Policy

Substitutions are permitted at no additional fee. To request a substitution please email the name of the AIS member whom you would like to transfer your registration to and their email address to ais.pacis2025@gmail.com. Credits toward workshops, evening events or guest tickets are not allowed. Also note, the person you are transferring your registration to must register as the same registration type and have the same AIS membership status.

Cancellation and refund policy

Requests for refunds or cancellations must be in writing via email to ais.pacis2025@gmail.com, and are subject to the following schedule:

  • Cancellation requests received before or by June 8: full refund less $50 administrative fee.
  • Cancellation requests received between June 9 – June 29: full refund less $100 administrative fee.
  • 30 June and onwards: no refund, the registrant will be liable for the full conference registration fee. This also includes workshop cancellations.
